I wouldnt mind if they were polite in asking but there mainly newbies and have forgotten what manners are.

I got sent a £5 voucher by text from debenhams yesterday (at 11.15pm so after the other 1 closed).

I just sent the message DEBSREC plus my email address to 80100 (cost of normal text).

It doesn't say if there is a minimum spend though - just says Ts&Cs available instore but I'm pretty sure I saw someone in there the other day using it in the same way as the printed ones (i.e. no minimum).

    Hope it helps someone :)

EDIT: Text seem to be being charged for this - mine was 9p others have reported 10p -20p. Original item said texts charged at standard network rate which I presumed to be free for those with inclusive contracts like mine but it seems not - please be aware!!

  • I printed out the £5 Debenhams voucher within minutes and used it to purchase a top in wallis,(Swansea store) i wanted to use it in the Tripp luggage, but they were not partisapating in this offer, the assistant did point out a sign they had up by the till. Excellent deal thank you

    Hi.

Can I print out the voucher again and reuse it?

I doubt it, as each has a unique voucher code, which you see printed just to the right of the coated model's left hand[that is her left hand].

Used 2 yesterday - expensive Woods of Windsor £39.00 gift set reduced by half, then further £5 discount, made terrific gift for lovely neighbour. Would have been way out of reach otherwise[still over budget, but nevvymind]:T
Also 3-soap Betsy Jackson set, was £10, 1/2 price, therefore free.:T

Really grateful to op - thankyou again.

I haven't actually had any PMs asking for one, you must have been unlucky!

    Agree about the politeness.
