We are badly in need of a new Wok, where is the best place to get one? Prefer non-stick where possible.
Thanks

Try TKmax they always have them in store in various sizes. I got my last one there and it is still going strong.0

TJ Hughes have got the Ken Hom one for £9.99.
Probably better value than the tesco's value ones which don't seem to last that long. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
Ours was a Tesco one, non-stick wore off very quickly
I'll have a look at those two, thanks

I got mine from Sainsburys... it was their TU premium range (can't remember offhand what it is called... 'by design' I think).
I got it half price last year for about £12.50... it's fabulous and I would have paid full price for it or more if I'd have known how good it was beforehand! I use it loads!
Not a scratch on it, cleans really easily (although I would never put it in a dishwasher as per original instructions!)
HTH
EDIT: it's this one.. original price has reduced now... well worth it!

dependant on how much you'd be using your wok, i go on whatever you can afford. as a serious cook, i use mine practically everyday for allsorts of meals, and i've found Tefal at £25 to be the best i've had in the last couple of years (bought Tescos, Sainsburys - can be found at 1/3 off sometimes). I bought a non-stick Tesco Finest Wok for about £25 for my daughter at Uni, but this one's got a glass lid which the Tefal one doesn't. This I would find really useful. Both of these brands I'd recmd highly, so you will have to decide whether £25 is justifiably a good investment than something that is more inferior (non-stick flaking off etc.,) that is a lot cheaper.... hope this helps:beer:0
