GC - You go girl! Be brave for your daughters sake, it will make a difference to her life, and yours as well. Its time to stop allowing people like the NRP to treat you like that.
Kims first post spelled out exactly what you need to do, its very easy and although it may take some time, it would be worth it in the end (again, for your daughter, but also for you)
We are all going through something ourselves, and the support that I've found from everyone here has been what has kept me going at times! There are some amazing people here, all willing to answer questions and give support.
Do keep us posted! But get on the phone today to the CSA, there isn't anything you need to prepare for that, just do it.0 -
sorry for delay, huge thanks for all the encouragement -i have submitted my claim ! i got it all ready online and then was spurred on
by 2 emails of complete and utter bs to press the submit button ,so im just waiting now really and trying not to get to anxious .youve been a huge help and i will keep things updated and wish everyone on here good luck with their own cases etc .i do envisage himself trying to coerse me into telling them we are coming to an agreement between ourselves but im determined not to give in .thanks again .0 -
ps its been over a week now so i should hear something in next 3 weeks ,will be interesting to see how compliant he is or isnt0

hello ,hope everyone had a good xmas and happy new year.also hope everyone on either side of these things is getting a fair
result and for the children involved especially etc
not sure i am ,have been awarded £22 a week , on the up side hes also been told he has to pay £22 pw for his older daughter from previous relationship .hes not happy and thinks they shouldve deducted birthday/christmas etc from that for his eldest! as for first time in years he had got her a decent amount last year but only because he had money to get rid of! anyway still had nothing,surprise,surprise0 -
Well it is good you have been awarded something as at least the arrears will build up so you are owed it.0

good for you. when he has more income, tell the csa, his payments will go up.
wonder if there is a way you can prove that he is actually being declared bankrupt???? or is this another fob off.
keep your eyes peeled in your local paper. all bankruptcies are advertised in the local legal notices. or ask at the court.
just a thought: if his accountant is so good, this could have been avoided. trust me, he has LOTS hidden away somewhere. has he had to get rid of his car and get a cheaper one?? thats the first thing they tell you to do.0 -
thanks both,i guess £22 is better than nothing . he definitely has filed for bankruptcy have found him online .i am just amazed really at how little
he managed to put his net income as and really sick of all the general bs
but i know im not on my own feeling like that .0 -

Unfortunately the above is wrong...Bankruptcys are no longer advertised in local papers.
You can however do a online check on Bankruptcy website http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/eiir/0
