Asking for a neighbour - her son (single) pays £50 a week to the CSA & has done for a year or two. He is having to go off work as he needs an operation to his feet & his job involves a lot of walking. Her question is, will he be able to stop the CSA payments when off sick?

it depends on what his work pay him, if he only gets ssp he will have to call them and itll be reassessed he may have to make a very small payment per week. even people on benefits still have to pay0
