    I second what Silvercar says and would also like to add that it would be best to find a rental property before going BR if at all possible.

    thanks for advice at least it gives us options but i think the house has only bad memories for us as this all happened just after we bought it job loss recession etc so i think we will prob be glad 2 see the back of it and move on
