I am sorry that some of you seem to be annoyed by my suggesting putting some of my savings into someone else's name. However, this is just one of many ideas, as i do not know how the OR treats money in savings a/cs. That is why i have started this forum. I am not seeking to break the law.
However, i do have car insurance, house & contents insurance, aslo xmas /several birthdays coming up.This is the kind of thing these savings budget for.
Thanks0 -

I really can't decided from your posts whether you are being disingenuous or genuinely naive, you come all innocent saying putting your savings into another persons name is just one of many ideas - are your other ideas all illegal as well? You have acquired this money by deception and false pretences you would really only be making things worse for yourself by lying to the OR - bankrupcy isn't meant to easy you know0 -
how can you be going bankrupt yet have savings? I understand what you've saved for but how have you done this? did you have extra per month and if so, why didn't you just chuck it at your debts?
I'm just trying to see how you can possibly have saved if you are so far down this route!0 -
I have always had small savings pots for annual bills like car insurance etc, so the money gets spent every year. I do not save money for luxuries that would be stupid.
I have never used credit for things like this. I would also point out that budgeting like this was ok with Payplan.
Oh yes & i think i'll blow the rest of my multi-million pound slush fund in the Costa Del Crime. Would Al Mac, Addicted2Chocolate, & Sparkle84 like to come to.0
