I don't know if its just me im assuming not, but the last few days ive had 2 PM's from different people about making money, or buying something from them, its really annoying! are they able to PM in large groups ie to lots of people at the same time, if so can you stop it in anyway? its clearly scammers as their spelling is absoloutely awful! lol
Anything I can do my side, am I supposed to be pressing the abuse button for things like this?
Thanks.
(ps i did read all the info in the stickies but I couldnt find an answer)

I've just received one of these from 'moneyalot168'. I've reported it but why do I need to tell them who sent it - can't they see that when it is reported via the actual pm?
Also, they have a zero post count and only joined this month, so how are they managing to send spam pms?
I thought the site had a system in place to prevent newbies doing this, or is it just links on the board they are not able to post?0 -

I received a money making PM from kellymaywill2. I deleted it. Next time I'll do the abuse button.
I don't think the abuse button on PMs actually works?
It didn't seem to a while back anyway?
As Martin says, an email to abuse@moneysavingexpert.com with the message and user details of who sent it is best.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
