You cant exhange products but yo can return the m for a refund if you have a reaction to them. I asled when i purchased the new No7 mascara as my eyes are super sensitive, and the SA said that if my eyes suffered to return it for a refund.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T
:T than themselves - you know who you are!:T0 -
that's so stupid! if it's sealed i don't think they should have a problem with exchanging it

But to say you had a reaction when you did not would be lying.
Sometimes people take moneysaving way to far. :cool:Gone ... or have I?0 -
Surely the distance selling regulations cover this though? You should be able to return the goods for a refund.0

Well done to everyone who went for this one!! I dithered about as I did not really want to spend another £50 as I don't use Lancome and have got my presents sorted and have got £130 in points from recent glitches. Regretting it now though lol!!!:rotfl: Could have had free Lancome products and "invested" the £50 on future boots spends!! Oh the devastation of having dithered......!!!!!:eek:0

If you did happen to get to return them, you would loose your points anyhow wouldnt you??? I took bag 2 buzz and 1 jessie outfit in week as thought quality was poor even on the 3 for 2, and my points were taken off automatically....0

Hello is this still working? Here dead we lie because we did not choose
To live and shame the land from which we sprung.
Life, to be sure, is nothing much to lose,
But young men think it is,
And we were young.

I know what you mean - I dithered but then jumped. For future ref, if your cash flow can stand it, I think you can reject the order and get a full refund? If you opt for store collection, if the order is not collected then I think their terms and conditions say it will be cancelled with a full refund anyway, but you may not have access to your funds for a short while?0 -
