  • OP how did you get on with them?

Had another letter from them this morning saying they were disappointed to not hear from me, and the MIB are in the unfortunate position of having to consider legal procedures to bring this matter to a solution!

Nightmare have tried my best to establish insurance at the time and got absolutely nowhere because I have changed insurer every year and have no paper trail it is proving impossible, I was sure it had been arranged through the AA but after contacting them they told me they would not have details now after so many years anyway :(

Oh well will see what comes of it, I am not making any further contact with them if court papers arrive and I suspect this may be a very big IF then I will have no choice but to defend the claim and go from there :(

Would love to get my hands on the guy I can remember him as clear as day I'd give him cause for a personal injury claim!!!!!

ahhhhhhhh rant over back to the daily grind :)

  • Hi Under pressure,

I called them last week to say I was def insured at the time, and I remember I was under my Dad's insurance at the time of the accident but can't remember what insurance company, I told them this etc and also said that the police were called to the accident that night and we can get them involved to show that i haven't been charged with no insurance etc. I spoke to a guy called Adam and he said he would investigate it and contact me on the number i called from but i haven't heard from them since.

If your accident was as long ago as mine was i am sure they can't do anything. Good luck with it all and i will update if i hear anything else!
