Just a quick question, received mortgage offer last week but it says conditional that we pay a loan off that we took out, but i paid this a month before we took the application out & gave them the statement to show this do you think i will incur any probs when it comes to completion or do you think i just need to resend this statement ?

The likelihood is that your solicitor will want to see proof of repayment.
Beyond that, I don't think it will give you any problems.0 -
As opinions says, show the solicitor the statement.
You have satisfied the condition so have nothing to worry about.
To be doubly sure you may want to get a letter from the loan provider saying it has been repaid. Probably not needed but better to have too much info than not enough!I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
