The code wouldn't work until I registered, then seemed to accept it, but when I selected the option to pay for it now (rather than it go on my account), it wanted payment for the full amount. Went back to the shopping basket and tried the code again but it now says I've already used the code and can't use it again!

How frustrating! :mad:

opened a dd account applied the code at checkout and thought everything was okay - shopping came this morning, and now when I log into my account it shows balance no mention of the code.

mine does too, but they had better not take any money!

Very unimpressed with the service, didnt arrive until 10.30, with one item out of stock, and one supposedly delivered but missing! Phoned up to advise, as no option to email (so had to call 0845 number) chap on phone really couldnt care less. Definitely wont be using again.

yeah i just placed an order but when it came to final screen even though it said code accepted it came up with the full price i am also hoping that i dont get charged the full amount how annoying just having to wait to find out!!!

There was an offer the same as this is March for a free £5 breakfast.
I ended up being charged the full price anyway, even though items were missing!
It happened to others to when the invoice was paid at a later date and I know many people were going to try and get the money back but im not sure how they got on.

Did anyone actually manage to get this to work? Apparently it is still valid today up until 23.59 but so far it won't accept the code and there is nothing in the T&C's to indicate anything I've done wrong...

I tried ordering last night , IT said Code alread used, which wasnt,
I then registered with a new email this morning and tried again and it would accept the code.
Totally useless and time consuming. Wouldnt bother with them again.
