    I have a Fuji J100, 10 megapixels and rechargable.
Available from www.fujifilm.co.uk website, either brand new or refurbished.
Lots of cameras on there from under £40 up.

what are you going to use the camera for? how much control over things like aperture, shutter speed etc will you need? this will greatly affect the price you would need to pay.

I typed the address wrong in my first post, the site is here:

How much do you want to spend? The J10 is rechargable, 8 megapixel and £40 refurbished.

Higly likely because your Bid is too low. Try to increase a little bit :cool2:

What do you regard as expensive?

How good does the quality have to be?
Will you be printing the pictures?

    Olympus £49.97 from Tesco Direct.

Delivery is £5 but if you spend over £50 in total then it's free.

Sorry to hijack this- if no one feels like answering on here I can start up another thread but figured theres already one similar going....

I need a camera- basic thing to shoot and take images to post online so the Meg-Pix. don't need to be that high, I think 5 should be fine (but wouldn't turn down a higher spec!) I have the Fuji A900 which now seems to not work. I have tried downloading software but still my computer is not recognisng it. I am not happy to get another fuji-film camera as also this one I have eats batteries in minutes. 2XAAs go within 20 minutes even if the thing is not plugged in! And if I turn it off with the batteries in they are empty when I turn the camera on another day. Not figured out why this happens or how...

I need it to be very easy to upload to computer as this is the main thing I will be doing.

Oh and as cheap as I can get. Ideally anyway!

    So in a nutshell:
    Cheap
    Meg-pixels aprox 5
Batteries last for days rather then minutes and don't die when the camera is turned off
Easy to upload pictures/software easy to use.
And if possible, available in a store rather then online as I need it asap and am not in most days to wait for the post (which arrives at 1pm-2pm most days).

    Thankyou!
