Hey all, it's been a while since I visited, RL stuff keeping me from my computer but I'm still OS-ing
Anyways, I've about 1/2 a kilo of unselted mixed nuts, pecan, brazils walnuts, cashews etc and I'm trying to make nice hampers for the family at Christmas, any ideas on what I can do with them?
Also a kilo of pumpkin seeds.

My Doctor told me that "1 out of 3 people who start smoking will eventually die." The other two apparently became immortal.

Hi,what about making florentines, this is the recipe I use. https://www.deliaonline.com/recipes/florentines,823,RC.html You can use other chopped nuts aswell, then if you wrap them in nice paper they could go in your hampers.
What about dipping the brazil nuts in chocolate and putting them in nice boxes. The walnuts you could add to a coffee and walnut cake,I havent got a recipe.0 -
Hi mirakl,
We have a new board for Christmas and Winter festivities, so I'll move your post over there to see if you can get more help with ideas for using the nuts in hampers.
