Hi,

I have placed order for two pocket SUDOKU players when I find a deal in MinistryofDeals.com, but they delivered me two pocket CASINO players after 3 days. I have tried my best to contact the customer care / support team to get this resolved; they did not bother to respond me yet. I give up now. But I don't buy anything else from this website and also don't recommend to anybody.

:(At least you received something!!! I had to endure over 4 weeks of sending numerous emails to Customer Service after failing to have an item delivered. I had no replys and they seemed to have lost all my emails (luckily I had saved all correspondance and proved that these had been sent). Eventually had to involve Trading Standards on Guernsey to recover my money. I will never deal with this company again!!!

Have to agree with the last poster - avoid unless you are prepared to accept from this lot an item you didn't order and didn't want and for them to then ignore your requests to put things right, they are their own worst enemy

Just a word of caution!!! Guernsey (home of `MinistryofDeals`) is not covered by UK law. In my case, I researched UK Consumer legislation only to be told by Trading Standards on Guernsey that they could not enforce this on the island but did in fact use UK legislation as a `Best Practice` model and would always try to support the consumer. In any event, I have ceased to even think of buying from this `Company` but for the sake of others, please look at the `whole package` ie support mechanisms/ consumer protection etc.. before you buy at a cheap price. By the way, I do hope that this `Company` is not a `Best Practice` business model on Guernsey!!! In summary, The Distance Selling Regulations 2000 cover goods or services sold without face-to-face contact (from UK based companies). They cover:

• the internet
• television
• mail order, including catalogue shopping
• phone and fax

I agree with OP. I bought a 'Electric Sudoku' and got thecasion crap. I also bought something from their brother site 95pence store and that hasnt even come. Ive sent an email but no replly, im not going to bother taking it any further, i have more going for me atm to be chasing up £5 worth of stuff. This must be how they make the majority of their money.

i have to say i've purchased a few Nintendo DS games from here and a few other items, always arrived on time so can't really grumble!

I also ordered two Sudoko as stocking fillers, but received useless Casino item.

No response at all to my e-mail, so I will just have to chalk it up to experience!!

I also ordered the Sudoko; but received something else. Others posters have said they received a Casino item; I'm not sure if mine is the same as theirs. I received a 3 in 1 travel game with clock and calculator. You press the two buttons at the side and the top lifts off. The device is rubbish; however I love pressing the two buttons and watching the mechanism move the face up. It was worth £1 just for that. (BTW, I'm easily pleased).

I've ordered one other item from the company in the past (the talking rose I believe) and that arrived without any problems.

Oh well - "C'est lavatory", or something like that anyway. French was never my strong point.
