Purchased the [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Danielle Steel Collection on the 27th of October and when I enquired about why it had not been delivered they cancelled the order. Obviously they do not have the stock that they claim. They take the money and hold it for a few weeks or until you complain then cancel the order Very poor service I certainly will not be buying from them again.

I got the free Red Luggage set last week. Its a small holdhall with a round purse thing. Not the best but hey its free.

I ordered on the 4th of Nov site says 1-5 working days for delivery I make today the 5th should I be worried to they take a long time?

I have never had a problem with books direct bargains before but have just checked my bank and they have take a payment of nearly £20, after checking my order history it turns out that £5 of that is for the Danielle Steele set that didnt arrive with my last order but the rest is for a couple of books I had not even looked at let alone ordered, please check your accounts as a lot of us ordered the Danielle Steele sets and maybe it was a glitch in the system.
