Is there a stardrops thread, what can I use it for?

Another bit of advice needed from you 'all knowing Ol' stylers'.

Moving into my new home on Friday and before I run out and buy a load of cleaners and stuff, I get the impression that a bottle of stardrops and some white vinegar will do most things??

I've searched the index for stardrops but couldn't find anything - please could someone point me in the right direction or tell me what uses it has, so i know what other products I need or don't need to buy.
