Just got to my post box and sitting there smiling at me from my door mat was a happy brown envelope addressed to my comping name! I turned it over to open it and it was already open and completely empty :doh:

Was a little sad, but realised it couldn't have been much (hoping!!) as the postage was only 40p.

Anyway, if anyone else received a brown evelope with a Solihul postmark, could you let me know what I could have won - thanking you!! :cool:

is there no address on it at all?
Perhaps try calling ur local postal .... whats the word omg, i have got terrible baby brain today!!!! depot!!!! thats it. Try calling ur depot to ask them if they could ask the post man that does ur round if he had any letters without envelopes in his bag/ trolley?
Or ask them to keep an eye out if it turns up.
Perhaps take a pic of the evenlope n stick it on here to see if anyone recongnises it?

I would be v. brassed off if I was u haha. I would want to know and start detective work right away lol.

Thats really annoying - My mum was taking the dog for a walk and found a little parcel with my name and address on it down the road, we think the postman must have left it on the doorstep.

thats terrible! I hope u made a complaint.
Why don't they use their brains and leave it with a neighbour, or put a note through the door saying I have taken it back, or I have hidden it in your wheelie bin.
My postie has just been swapped and I am gutted lol.
He was ever so good, and used his brain unlike most!
I am missing a 50 quid ikea voucher though, which I need to check up on I think.

I don't think it was the postman as he is really good - I work round the corner from my house and he delivers parcels to my work if I'm not in, today he delivered me a dead tree from Kleenex to work so at least I won (!) something.

I've just had a nasty feeling that it may be my Aracdia voucher from Pigsback that has only taken me 10 months to get enough points for - I'm really hoping it's not as I'm sure Piggy will not be sending another out _pale_

n I was fortunate enough to miss out on the dead twigs. lol. I read about them, alot of ppl r chucking them out ... sad really!

LOL re the twig - I'm going to try to revive it but alas my fingers are not very green!

Just had a note from nanto3girls saying she had a brown envelope from Solihul containing make up wipes today - mystery solved I think (hope). Think I may survive without those!

My parents live in Solihull, and there's a huge Arcadia warehouse down the road from them...

no I am not v. green fingered either lol!!! Although I did buy a twisted willow tree from tescos and thats still alive, and got leaves on haha!
