Cushelle win & a question

Firstly, thank you Chelseagirl for posting the Cushelle comp. I won a koala on Tuedsay!

My question relating to this is once you have a win on this, how long then before you are allowed to enter again. I tried to have another go yesterday and today but it's telling me to come back tomorrow as I've already won today. I haven't, as it won't even let me play. Any ideas anyone?

  • I think the T+c state only one win per Household although I dont think theyre too strict on that ;)? Not sure if it will let you play again under the same name and email addy though? Sorry.

The problem is connected with your email address, try another one, then go back to the original address. I dont know why this happens, to be honest it doesnt really matter what email address you put in because the winning koalas come to your address so just make sure this is correct.

Hi, I know this is an old thread but I wonder if anyone is still looking. I won a koala the other day online from cushelle but have no idea how to claim it. It says on the pack to keep the wrapper to claim but how can I if I have no instructions from them? Hope this makes sense to someone.

    TIA.
