I couldn't agree more:j Wish I could repay everyone by finding a glitch myself but have never had any luck:( but will keep trying!

I sent in a feedback form complaining about this, I needed to buy several of the same items for xmas presents for my wee bowling buddies. I usually get them all the same things. I told them I spent hours trying to figure out what I was doing wrong, got fed up and ended up finishing my shopping at Lloyds Pharmacy, I ended up ordering 15 of one item, with the 20% discount it ended up around the same price as boots, and no hassle.
Maybe if more of us complained they might stop playing silly !!!!!!s with us.
