Unexpected Benefits to Bankruptcy

Hey All,
Hope everyone is well?
Just thought I'd post something positive.
Gave up smoking on my Bankruptcy Day 11th Feb, not had one since
Gave up sugar and bread on the same day have lost 4 stone
))
Saved a fortune in the process, trouble is no clothes fit me anymore, will have to learn to sew..
Arrrrgh, it appears Bankruptcy has done nothing to help my spelling and I can't change the title, I mean 'benefits'
Much love,
Cat

Heya Angie & If,
Thanks
Bankruptcy has given me a sense of control again, however odd that may sound. I still feel shame, but am fighting it now instead of giving in to it
I just can't thank this site enough
You can and will all get through this
