Paying for bankruptcy

Iwant to go bankrupt but cannot afford it, where can i get the money from to pay for it, cannot go to family as they are in the same position.

    Hi Kitten and Welcome, There are a number of charities that may help with bankruptcy costs and fees depending on eligibility. Please remember you need to go through the Debt charity who is helping you and allow at least three/four months to get the ball rolling too.

    If you are on a low income or certain means tested benefits then the court fees part of going BR can be waived (upon proof and completed application forms). Are you paying any of your debts at the moment?

    i might be evicted in the next 2 weeks and i dont want to leave my home

    am on incapacity benefit and have got £100 knocked off of court fees
