Help with bank charges please im confused!

Which isnt hard to do trust me !
Theyve had the letter requesting the data which ive received
Next letter was telling them im wanting to reclaim the charges and giving them 14 days to reply. Their responce has arrived this morning telling me to well go away basically. I did say that id give them 14 to respond but the letter arrived back well before the 14 days have gone. I know I now need to write letter number 3 which I think gives them 7 days before I file a claim. My computer wont let me view the consumer action group for some reason. Can anyone please either copy and paste or tell em what to write in this last letter before I file a claim. Ive done a list of what charges from when before do I need another list.
A big thanks in advance for all your help!

you need to wait til the first 14 days is up

then you send the second letter and thats another 14 days

once those 14 days have expired, then moneyclaim online needed
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast
