Good person for damp etc estimates

I have to get a survey and estimates for work on a house that I want to buy. I need damp, timber rotting and beetle infestation investigated. Does anyone know of a good firm who do the work at a reasonable rate?

Try a guy called Gary McKibben ( preservation ) 17 Enid Drive ballyhackamore belfast does damp proof and timber treatment . will edit post after i go and look for number for you

I've used Radication in Dunmurry before. Found them to be quick and reasoanble for survey, and the quotes for work needed were reasonable too.

I've just noticed the photo they have on their webpage showing the building though. From the look of their van fleet, that was taken quite a while ago....:D

edi: Just noticed that no pics show if you click on my link, but if you type the address in (it's exactly the same), they do show. NFI why, but there you go.
