Life after a protected trust deed?

Can anyone tell me if you need to inform the Student Loan Company that you have had a Protected Trust Deed when you are applying for a student loan? My partner and I had a PTD which finished over two years ago which we completed without hitch. I now want to apply for a student loan but don’t know if I have to declare a Protected trust deed in the section that asks if I have ever been Bankrupt or had my estate taken from me.
Any help greatly appreciated

Hi there and welcome
Can you tell us the actual wording on the form, please? It's probably best if you copy and paste the whole question(s).
You might have to declare the Protected Trust deed in that section - it all depends on the way the question is worded.0 -
The actual question reads,
4. Bankruptcy and sequestration
Are you bankrupt, or have you ever been declared bankrupt, or has your estate ever been temporarily taken from you?
This the onle place on the form which this is mentioned.
Hope this helps
