I had that issue with a travel guide I got from them. I emailed them and they said they were out-of-stock but would be sending the item as soon as they got one. They did eventually send one.

I ordered at the beginning of October and they have taken the money out but no confirmation email. I have ordered before and never had a problem.:(

Hi all, I have ordered these for the last 2 years and have again this year. They have been great everytime, 1st yr got Scooby Doo bag, soft toy and DVD plus lots of other stuff! You also get posters, bubbles, christmas decs, christmas cd, usually a book, a dvd or 2.

Just to let you kno, on the site is says the christmas goody bags will be despached for christmas by dec 18th, so it doesn't really matter when you order they are all sent at a similar time.

I recieved one of these yesterday, and i'm very pleased with the contents!
I ordered the girls one and recieved:

- Magic wiggly worm [which my daughter loves!!]

Im still waiting I ordered on 3rd October - I rang them, they said most had already been dispatched, but then reminded me that the advert does state will recieve by the 18th December...

We do state on the website that all goody bags will be posted by the 18th December. We are just waiting for some more stock to come in as soon as it does we will send them out as priority

Sorry to be a nuisance but has anyone got a scooby doo carrier bag from last year that they don't need? If you put it on ebay let me know and I'll buy it .... pretty please ....

I've ordered both the £3.35 boys bag and the £4.50 one. I've had £4.50 taken from my account recently but it's the £3.35 one that's shown as dispatched. :huh:

ETA: Scratch that, just checked back on my previous bank statements and the £3.35 was taken ages ago. I hope this means I'll be getting both soon.

Does it say - if it weren't for the meddling kids - on one side in pink and a picture of scooby on the other?
