Mine was in my junk folder too - have been checking all day for a despatch email in my inbox following talk of cancelled orders then after reading prev post checked my junk inbox and my email was in there! I can now relax!0

I ordered these boots on 2 different accounts and both times my order was cancelled and i dont know why? does it matter if the billing and dispatch address differ?

It might do - especially as this is a first order. Try shipping to the same address as the cardholder's address on your credit card.0

Did anyone get a certificate & proper packaging ie the ugg plastic bags etc on these ? Mine just came in box, no plastic bags etc and without the little card ??!!0
