The main criticism of Wiltshire Farm Foods appears to be that the portion sizes are stingy.
An alternative is to order from one of the major supermarkets. The problem with them is that they do very few complete meals which means that your relative would have to cook a main as well as a side dish or two, but they would be much cheaper. Your relative would also be able to choose chilled foods which, if necessary, can be frozen 'til needed.
Here's a list of frozen meals from the My Supermarket website for Tesco. You can swop to other supermarkets to compare ranges.

I have used and love Cook. They have shops and also deliver to your door. They have portions for 1, 2 and 4 people and a selection of party food size as well. Lots of lovely dishes some traditional and some with a twist.

They have some customer reviews of their products on their website. Also they have some menu packs so that you can try a variety of their meals.
It is also really good if someone is following a specific diet (low salt, diabetic, etc)
They are owned by Apetito so their manufacturing plant are dealing with lots of different sectors
