tiffany does not have an outlet store. to be sure that it is the real thing that you are buying u have to buy directly from the store( there are alot of fakes out there). The only way to get it cheaper is if you have family or friends in the USA who could purchase an item for you over there send it to u. prices in the us are cheaper thaN in the uk. sorry i couldnt be more helpful.0
