One down, two to go

I have had 3 mortgage accounts for my house, the original when I bought the house and 2 more smaller ones for renovations.

This morning I have just managed to make the final payment on the smaller one and am like this ---->:j

I had been delaying making the payment as I thought I would have an early redemption penalty (only took the mortgage out about 21 months ago) but when I checked with the mortgage company it was the grand sum of 9p:rotfl: So I thought, sod it, and paid it off.

One down, two to go and I have already made some large inroads in to the other small account which now stands at £4300.

Have taken lots of tips from this site and and hoping to clear the small account by the end of next year.
