not sure I can claim the telly back from cbeebies now though. The River Cottage programmes had lots of stuff about wild food too.

Just had another update...
sauces from sweet chesnuts (which is handy - I just found a tree along my road!), why nettles are tasty and something else which I didn't catch.
I love the River Cottage programmes, sadly OH doesn't :rolleyes: So I can only see it when he's not there!
