Topcashback payout request problem

Options
Hi,

I'm about to do my first payout from Topcashback and got a message which I don't really understand and to which I couldn't find an answer on their website.

For three transactions, which show as "payable", I get the following message.
The following transactions can't be included in this payment as they are no longer being reported by the merchant and need chasing by us to check if we've received payment. This will be rectified in due course.

These transactions are all from 30/05/2010 and there are older and newer transactions without this problem.

So what does this mean? I'm struggling to understand it as these transactions show as "payable" and not as "confirmed" or "pending".

Got my money yesterday, including the transactions in question. God knows what the problem was on this day...
