Handing Keys Back

I have knocked up a letter to send to HSBC to hand our keys back to them having gone BR back in March. We are now in a rented property, but I have hit a snag - the OH. He doesn't want me to put our new address on the letter - saying that the bank will have to discuss all this with the OR so why tell them where we are.

What is the best course of action do you think? I shall obviously be sending a copy of my letter to the OR but surely I have to put our present address on it.

Help!:(
