Hi missbridal,
New businesses are extremely hard work at the moment. Do you have any business enterprise/gateway organisations close to you. These give free help and advice to businesses. Agree that online selling is pretty much essential these days so try out ebay and similar sites. Also you don't say what kind of clothing you sell but if it's specialist then look for sites online that deal with your area, if you have a niche you can find it easier to sell.
What are you currently doing for marketing? Number one priority for a business not making enough. Yes people are not spending as much as they used to but they are still spending so do they know you're there to give their money to?
If you don't have much money look at making your own leaflets, checking local papers/magazines, again if you sell more specialist items look for related things in the area. 0
