The code only works now if the sale amount is over £25 (before discounts) I think as I tried to do a third purchase of a set of trays which were originally £25 reduced to £12.50 but it wont let me use the code

Be careful with the colour of the microfleece - the colours that you click on to select the colour are playing up a bit - In my first order I clicked on the hot pink, but didn't check what it had actually put in my basket. When I got my order confirmation, it had actually put a chocolate coloured one in instead! So I had to place another order. Might be worth checking that you are getting the colour you want!

if its the wrong colour do you think you can exchange it in store?

It still works with Christmas cards, 5 packs @ £5 = £25, £10 with code. You might have been looking at an item with a reduced price in red that is below £25 - the code is based on the black prices. Hope that makes sense.

I'm not sure - I suppose it depends if they have them in stock. I just placed another order, making sure that it put the right colour into the basket. I will return the first order when it arrives, it says that courrier returns are free, or you can download a label for the Post Office.
