that is such a funny story determined. My fave as a child was going into Mom and Pa's bed cos I was having nightmares then wacking them in the face :D...

Another was when on GG camp when H (twin horribilus) put in her diary 'E snores like a pig and looks like one too' cos I woke the entire dorm up with my snoring (so bad they moved me to another dorm)...

    Welll so much for greatplans...LOL

Went back to bed @ 9.45 for an hour's nap...these new meds are doing strange things to me (never mind the afternoon doughnut craving which alas this week I can't blame on hormones...cheapest place I've discovered locally is Mr M with 2 for 29p...Mr S has one for 20p...Mr T by Uni is one for 40p ) so in the words of my old (and now grey haired....last year he was a tad easy on the eye) psychologist is a pottering day or in the words of my old Community Nurse (she left to get hitched but she was seriously brill) a PJ day which suits me fine :D..just wish it was a thurs or fri instead of a Wednesday.:(

So a day on the pc...still working on the bedroom....will get the hall done and hoover that and maybe the bathroom done but who knows after that...

    Hope everyone is well..

    Hugs

  • Pippi (or anyone who can answer this question) - can I freeze tyme & rosemary? I bought some fresh for the meal at the weekend but didn't need it all!

Thanks! & have a great day everyone x

You can dry them or freeze them - if you want to take the leaf off the thyme/rmary you can by pulling the leaf down backward from the top of the plant which will take the leaf off but tbh I would leave it whole and chuck it into freezer. When cooking add the frozen bit either whole (watch for the stems which will be a bit woody) or if you've destemmed them just chuck in from frozen when cooking

If drying hang them up on a hook in the kitchen or in a paper bag and let them dry - then you can crumble them up when dry by pulling the leaves off backwards again -(from top to bottom) or just add a bit when you need them.

PM me if I don't make sense

    hi everyone :hello:

i decided to save some money by christmas shopping early (well - early for me!) i didn't plan to do it - but there were so many cheap things in Tesco!

i got 4 pairs of shoes, 2 tubs of maoam and a dvd for £28 - normally i would spend that one ONE pair of shoes!

tubs of maoam are for my sisters (they love them), the dvd was for my nephew. 2 pairs of shoes were for my sister (one for xmas and one for her birthday in JUNE!) so i was pleased with myself for being organised.

ok i did cheat and get myself 2 pairs of shoes BUT they came to less than a fiver!

i have made myself a christmas box to put everything in - so hopefully i won't misplace it all!

    :)

That 'aint thrifty...that's starvation and an eating disorder and NOT something we would endorse or encourage. Breakfast doesn't have to be expensive..in fact I've been on cheap porridge oats with sugar (no milk just water) for years :j

Just not something you should really cut out...it's not just about your physical health but your mental...

a fish oil tab or two afterwards would be well worth while too
