Cheap VCR

Hey guys, my old VCR broke a couple of years back. At the time I didn't think much of it as I have a DVD Recorder but now I'm looking into transferring some old recordings to DVD. I must say I am shocked at some of the prices both new and second hand VCRs are going for on retail sites and eBay, some more expensive then a PVR!

So, I'm on the lookout for a cheap VCR that I can hook up to my PC through scart connection or composite connection. I have all the necessary cables and ports on my PC to do so.

Not being in the least technical, I don't understand your second paragraph but there's loads of VCR's on ebay for 99p

Thanks, Ive had a look and most either start from 0.99 but end much higher or they are faulty

I wonder if anyone might be giving them away on Freecycle? Might be worth checking.
