Hi,
My friend is currently claiming JSA. He has been applying for jobs but did not keep a full record of it e.g. letters received from companies and list where he applied. He now has JSA interview to attend.
He is worried that his JSA may be stopped in failure to provide evidence, he said the lady he spoke with was very rude and the feeling he had whatever he was saying that lady thought was a lie.
If JSA do gets stop - can he re-apply? Also if JSA stops will he still continue to get Housing benefit?
