I've been deciding whether to order or not, then found myself wandering past the shop on Saturday. After trying them on I have decided to not get them as the insides aren't as soft as I'd like. On sizing I tend to be size 5 for shoes and 51/2 - 6 in boots and size 6 was the right size for me.

Yay, mine arrived today, many thanks OP they're great. Also ordered a pair for my husband (the men's ones!) and his fit great too. Bring on the snow!

Thanks OP I had dream about snow last night how bizarre :D

Have ordered the black blizzard for me and grey ones for my daughter as we got caught out last year and struggled lots walking to school in wellies so these are perfect

uh oh, why did you struggle in wellies?? (thats the only reason i haven't ordered as i thought wellies would do the same job??)

How far up the leg do these come? I have quite big calves and I'm worried they won't fit :rotfl:

Hmm didn't realise I needed a pair of snow boots but having seen this I've decided I do :D I'm normally a 6 so wondering if I should order a 7 and wear thick socks?? Also intruiged about how far up the leg they go as previous poster said. My calves are largeish too lol.

DD normally a 5 but got her a 6, to last, they are fine with thick socks. She's really pleased as her feet were cold when out for a walk at the weekend, so don't think she'll be keeping hers for the snow!

The grip was ok with our wellies, its just that our feet were freezing so that made us miserable. Our snow boots came today and are fab they fit really good and feel really toasty. I think we might wear them bonfire night to keep our feet warm

    Anyone know about calf height/width?
  • My boots came a few days ago and they are great! so warm and comfy, esp for £20 (well £18 after discount!). I am usually a 6, and got a 6, perfect fit, as for how far they come up, they are just under half way up my calf, I am only 5ft4, my calfs aren't exactly small but they fit nicely. Wouldn't be able to tuck bootleg jeans in, but maybe skinny ones. Havent tried that though.

Bit the bullet and ordered a 7 as I will be wearing a couple of pairs of socks with them anyway and can't bear shoes being too tight. Look forward to them arriving now :)
