Ipod touch 3rd gen

Hiya, my daughter is wanting an ipod touch for crimbo:eek: which is no prob apart from the new one being launched but as shes only 12 i'd rather get her the 3rd gen kind (same as mine) but i can't get 1 anywhere all i can see is the new 4th gen one, any ideas? or will i just have to give up the ghost and get her the new one? which i grudge being dearer n only having a few extras more than the 3rd gen plus it'll be better than mine :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:;).

been tempted to get one of these open box ones, never used still sealed but much cheaper. There have been a few people buying ones for as low as £70 for the smaller version the b- grade and they said their wasnt a mark on them.

however still havent convinced myself as yet

currys also have free £25 itunes vouchers with the 4g versions at the moment, there is also a code for £10 off on quidco and cash back as well.

If you recycle a old mobile phone in Apple shops they give you 10% off as well, am I talking myself into a new one

Thanks eslick... Was looking to get an 8gb 4th gen for hubs birthday present. Went to Currys this morning and got my £25 iTunes voucher with it! Would have bought this anyway so really the iPod was only £174!
I was lucky though, although all the signs were sti out apparently the offer finished yesterday. They weren't going to let me have it at first but I kept on until they changed their minds!!

Now I finally get my iPhone back! He's always swiping it to play with when I'm not looking!!
