Loans for over 60's

Hello
Do any banks offer loans for people over 60, on a pension but own home etc?

It would depend on the term of the loan and the size of your pension income. But if the loan was short term and your pension sufficent income for them to assess the loan as affordable then any of the main banks may lend to you.

  • Your best bet will be your own bank - whether they lend will depend on whether they think you can afford to repay.
