Hi All,
Has anyone used Hamilton lock to sought out there debts, if so what happens after 6 years is the debt cleared along with your defaults?

I take it you are talking about IVA's?

My advice would be to contact the CCCS. They are a registered charity and don't charge you a single penny for their services. They personally don't do IVA's but they will recommend an organisation that do.

They also offer another service called a debt management plan (DMP) which they don't charge for. All the other scumbags out there do which means they are profiting from your debts! :mad:
