We got one last week from a company called Avides media, they trade on Amazon. I can't post links but they do have a website. Ours was under 80 Euros delivered (I'm in Germany at the minute, but they send to the UK for free).
We got full EU mapping on ours, it was a used one, but one used for exhibitions, and looked brand new when we got it. It also came with a two year warranty.

I have no connection to this company, just had good service from them, so its worth a look.

The cheapest Tom Tom I can find costs £85 including delivery from Play and includes maps for the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

The cheapest non Tom Tom sat. nav. is £50 from Argos but it gets kack reviews. The next cheapest is a View Quest which costs £55 including delivery from The Hut and includes maps for the UK.

They are refurbished but do come with a guarantee - I know two people that have bought from here with no problems
