Question about Asda online

Someone owed me some money and I needed to do a shop so I let them pay for a Asda shop for me it was only to the value of £27.00 I doubt they would of done it if they didn't have the funds but they do have a reputation

Order confirmed and it's all set for tomorrow but question

if there wasn't enough funds in the account to cover it what would happen? would it just not turn up or? would the driver ask me for money etc

the contact phne number will receive a text asking to contact them
if no contact is made, no shopping delivered

i get them 50% of the time i shop with asda
and my card goes through straight away over the phone
one of the reasons i seldom shop with them
but thats how i know

So the shopping won't turn up unless payment is taken?

if theres not enough money asda will just cancel the order ,your friend still has time to cancel though !

Ive previously bought from Asda online and paid with my old bank card (details are stored on there) D'oh! I still received my shopping, didnt even know there was a problem until I tried to order again and wasnt allowed access to my account until I called them and they explained the problem. Didnt receive a letter or anything, thought it was very strange at the time!
