Hi, not sure if this is right place but I could do with a little help.
Back in April 2010, Swizzels Matlow ran a competition called Sweet Factory Challenge in which they sent emails for you to play a series of mini games during the course of the month.
I registered my DD and off we went playing the mini games that they sent.
According to them, all you had to do was to come top of the leaderboard at the end of the month to win £100 toys r us vouchers.
We came by far the top of the leaderboard and nothing ever turned up. By looking at the last winners high scores (from January 2010) I thought the comp could have been a quarterly comp and so decided to wait.
After waiting 3 months I started emailing them, and after 3 emails sent, I have had no reply.
I have rang the company this morning, to be passed onto a lady (she gave me her name) who had no idea about any comp in April and said she would look into it and phone me back (though wouldn't say when).
I just wondered if anyone knew where I stood with this now, thanks very much
(I hope it makes sense)

Yes, you should have won. I am sure there will be a record somewhere of your no 1 score. If you don't have any joy with the lady, contact them via the FB page, i suspect they'll be a tad more attentive if it's public. Be polite and clear with the facts and see what happens. Hope it works out : ) xx0

It means did you copy the winning page with the scores onto your computer, so that you can send that as proof.0 -
That was the thing, I didn't get a WINNING page but I have all the emails with my dd at the top of the leaderboard when the comp clearly stated that you had to finish at the top to win.
Gonna ring them back tomorrow I think.0 -
Company rang me back today, said the comp was run by a 3rd party and that there was confusion. Had to forward on the emails I have and they're looking into it further......here's still hoping.0
