Tuesday 19th October - What small DFW things will you be doing today?!

When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.
But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free, or staying debt free :money:
Examples could be charging your phone up at work instead of at home to save your electricity, hanging washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.
So be proud of those small steps, they really are important
ha ha, I must be starting this thread the earliest I've ever started it! :rotfl:I had a call from ds about an hour ago he was stuck somewhere couldn't get back, its raining & cold, so I had to go get him, hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....................................
Anyway thought I might as well get up now seeings as I'd have to get up in half an hour anyway.
So there we are its Tuesday already!

Hi everyone,
Sunny here today but cant make my mind up weather to hang washing outside or on airer... can I be bothered to bring it in and still put it on the airer as there is no way it will dry! Very cold!
Well I want to thank La Escocesa and Katsu for your recommendations of trying to continue being a spendaholic but on a lower and more economical level, they are both great ideas! i really have mucked up big time from my spending and since the wkend I have been doing some thinking and think my spending is emotional spending and more reflect my personality and issues.
So from all that babbling on today I am going to:
- [STRIKE]set up a diary on here to include debts, monthly expenditure for me, and a little about me. the good think has helped me realise.[/STRIKE] wow that feels good! here we go!
-[STRIKE] check online banking[/STRIKE]:eek::mad: I cant believe Ive got a week to go and I have NO money!
- exercise
- wrap up ebay parcels sold and send.
- tidy the messy parts of the house
- pop into town to get a couple of bits and look for christmas presents to get ideas so can do on the cheap.
- meals from stores
hope you all have a wonderful happy dayClutter clearout - 12 bags
Avon sales actual earnings - £0
Ebay £ withdrawn (from dec 10) - £203.45
Be very positive about life and the achievements I want this year! :j I will succeed.0
