Is this an independant and free service or should i be wary? My wife's in a sticky situation at the moment with a shortfall debt and CAB don't seem to be the best people to offer advice. Worth giving UK IA a ring?

    Give National Debtline a ring they are very busy atm so you may have to sit there and keep redialing but they will go through things on the phone with you or CCCS but they will give you an appointment and then go through everything with you then.

    Don't go near the UK Insolvency Agency. Just looking at their website teir is so much mis-information on it.
