I got the box today which should have had the free sample in it. It did contain a 30p off coupon. The box was not damaged in any way which might suggest that the stuff leaked out, even if it had leaked the empty container would still be in the box.

So either Douwe Egberts have taken to posting coupons out in boxes or the royal mail has some coffee drinking thieves working for them.

Still the thought was there, and maybe when people say "I sent for mine, but it never arrived" it may not be the suppliers failing to send the samples out, but light fingered royal mail operatives filling their boots.
