Welcome Finance problem

About 3 1/2 years ago I made the mistake of getting a loan from Welcome for just £750 (big mistake I know)

I have been paying on my card monthly but have had a few problems and need advice.

I currently still owe £1100 + and paying £35 per month, every 3-4 months I get a letter telling me to call the office (with a £25 charge) I call up and all they ask is if they are ok to take a payment from my card (Which they do every month and have done for the last 2 years)

I have called to ask for a statement of my account which they never seem to send as I want to see what charges are on there.

At a best guess without a statement in 3 years I have been charged about 3 to 4 hundred pounds because of these letters.

Anyone any advice on what I can do as I can not check my agreement as I can't seem to find it and they also never seem to send me a copy of that when I ask.

formaly ask for a DPA requst by letter of your account they have to respond in 28 days

downside is you will have to pay Up to £10 for this

but atlest they have to provide full account infomation
