Hope someone can shed light on this one.. I havent been asked for a nw SOA about income etc, I have been unemployed since my BR last year. So if I dont recieve a request for a new SOA by the 20th of October, can I assume that I can start earning again without having to worry about paying back the vultures? Thanks in advance... (sorry for the typo in the subject line :@) I didnt mean to say SAO.. But you get the drift)

If there is no IPA in place when you are discharged, then the OR cannot impose one after.
But if you did have an IPA, the money would go to your OR first, rather than "vultures".0 -

Thanks for the info, there is no IPA. I may be close to taking the next right turn on the road to recovery

I am away on holiday now, I get auto discharge on Wednesday 20th, Im curious as to what I should do if when I get home a letter with a new SOA request has arrived and is waiting for me when I get back on Sunday or what I should do if I get one arrive after the date of 20th of October? How about if I started work on the 21st of Ocotber then got an SOA request?Bankruptcy and Supporters club... Member 340.

If your circumstances have unchanged, and you get AD in a matter of days, then there is no time to set up an IPA. You would have to complete new SOA and return, examiner would have to calculate IPA amount and send to a form to you for signature, you then sign, return & have a 14 (I think) day cooling off period..............0
