    I cancel by internet banking but telephone banking should be the same and you could go into the branch.

    Just give the direct debit details and ask them to cancel and thats it done

    Doesn't work for me on quidco either , tried in firefox and chrome , at home and work to see any of them was issue but no luck. Guess time to open TCB account.

    topcashback gave £6.18 cashback on this. Every little helps! Thought it was too good to be true so very happy now cashback has been confirmed! :o)

    Just quick one I went into bank today to cancel direct debit&they said I need to phone the company too? Is this true? If so anyone know what number I need to phone?

    That's just a courtesy really. They'll soon find out you cancelled!

    I signed up for this offer but didn't know there was cashback. Note to self: Be more diligent!

    Ordered for my Hubby through quidco month ago. Didn't received cashback.Impossible to sumbit missing cashback query because" Unfortunately we are unable to investigate transactions for this merchant. "
    Anyway it works out cheaper than buying this magazine but actually I was expecting 5 £ casback. uh it's soooooooooooooo pitty:(
